I too migrated from Samoa when I was 12 to pursue better educational opportunities. I became a teacher and I suppose that is what I have given back to my parents to thank them for their sacrifice.
Have you been back to Samoa since you came to New Zealand? When I visit Samoa I always drive past the Tuanaimato Sports complex. Its an awesome facility for sports and of course the swimming pools.
