A good role model

I am going to give you three ideas to help you be a good role model at school. These three ideas will help you a lot in learning too.

My first idea of how to be a good role model is by demonstrating good leadership.  When you know what needs to be done, step out and do it. It could be looking after younger children when no one older is around.  You could show leadership by being the first to volunteer when the teacher asks for help. If you do things like this people will respect and follow you as a role model.

My second idea is motivating others or your classmates. Motivating others is by doing good things to help them push through whenever they are stuck. When you help them and show  encouragement they will put all their effort into what their doing. This is the way of how to be a good role model.

My third idea is having good manners every time your in school or at home. Showing good manners is like showing your attitude or your personality. Just like when someone is talking to you,you can show good manners by speaking politely to that person.  Showing good manners is by saying “please,excuse me,thank you, apologising when you have done wrong or showing consideration to others.

My fourth idea is by speaking positive words because you wouldn’t want to hurt someone else’s feelings because of the negative words that you say. When you talk in a positive way it wouldn’t hurt anyone. Just like my parents they are my role models at home. They speak positive and I never heard them saying negative words to each other or to us. They taught us how to be careful for the words that we speak to other people. You can be a good role model to the little kids by speaking in a positive way. I assure you that they will follow your lead.

My fifth and last idea for how to be a good role model is by showing kindness even to people that you don’t like or disagree with. You should make an effort to be kind in school or at home and In any place you interact with others. When you are in school and you bumped into a teacher when she/he is struggling with books you can be a good role model by helping carry the books. You can do the same  at home or anywhere else.

Alright then, I gave you 5 ideas to help you. I assure you that you will definitely be a great role model by using these simple idea’s.
